Gym Floor Installation

Gym floor installation will begin next week and will continue for the next few weeks.  There will likely be changes to our daily routines that we may need to adapt to quickly, but we will try to keep you informed as soon as we know.  One change is that grades 9-10 will again be moved back to the church for class.  Other changes would occur to band, choir, elementary music (if the weather is poor), and precalculus as their location would be the church when they are normally held.  These classes may be temporarily cancelled, moved online, or held outside if weather permits.  Students should pay attention to announcements from their teachers as to what their class is doing.

Concert in the Park(ing Lot)

ILS Outdoor Band Concert, Wednesday Oct. 14 at 3:30 p.m.

Bring a lawn chair and hear what the band has been working on so far this year.

Please park on the street or in the alley.

Please come in person. The concert will not be live streamed.

Excusing Students From School 

When excusing your child from school:

K-6: Email secretary@immanuelmankato.org, call 345-3027, or email the classroom teacher directly

7-12: Because 7-12 students have several different teachers, email secretary@immanuelmankato.org, or call 345-3027.

Possible No School Days

The Immanuel Board of Education will be discussing the possibility of some days off school between now and Christmas.  The reasons for this discussion include student and teacher mental health and gym floor construction noise and activity impacts on the school day.  If you have any questions or comments on this please let Principal Heinze know by email at brandan.heinze@immanuelmankato.org.
