History Tour Wreath Fundraiser
The sophomores are selling wreaths and other evergreens to raise funds for their trip to Washington D.C. next fall. Flyers are posted around the school. Contact the school office or see a sophomore to order. Orders are due by Nov. 6. Pickup/delivery will be on Nov. 27. Fall Drama
Come watch the high school students perform their fall drama, “You Can’t Be Too Careful”.

Kiwanis Holiday Lights Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help with set-up, working the ILS night, clean-up and concessions at Kiwanis Holiday Lights. This is an opportunity to let others know about our school and we receive a donation to the PTO based on our volunteer hours. Past donations have helped support school and athletic needs.
Many volunteers are needed for this event. Check available shifts and sign up using the link here. We can also participate in the parade if there is someone willing to coordinate that activity. Parade sign-up deadline is Friday, November 15.

Ambassador Event
Students 9-12th are invited to join us on Sunday, November 17th at 1pm for a study on the Incarnation of Jesus and Old Testament prophecies that His birth fulfilled. After the study we will attend a play called ‘What Child is This?’ at Bethany Lutheran College.
The show starts at 2pm. Please meet in the Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center at 1pm. We will hold our study on site so we can simply enter the theater when we finish! Tickets for the show are $5. Please sign up and pay for your ticket with Mrs. Hilary Lien no later than November 6th at 12pm.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up for grades K-6 on Monday, Nov. 25 and on Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 3:20-7:00pm each day. To schedule your time slot(s) please use the link
Online signup will end at 4 pm on Friday, Nov. 22.
For 5/6 grade conferences with Mr. Heller, please signup using Mrs. Roettger’s profile. We will make sure Mr. Heller gets the schedule.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for grades 7-12 will not require an appointment, but will be on Tuesday, November 26 from 3:30-7:00 p.m. in the church basement in an open house style.
