Spelling Bee
The spelling bee will take place on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 1:45pm in the church basement. The finalists are Lukas Alvarez, William Dick, Elijah Elledge, Elliot Friedrichs, Nathaniel Hart, Timothy Lien, Hazel Johnson, Blessing Opoku, Judah Opoku, Ryan Streeter, and Nyamuoch Tut.
Babysitting Fundraiser
Merry Christmas from Immanuel’s High School Students
High school students from Immanuel Lutheran are planning to babysit kids ages 3-11, on November 30th from 1 pm till 4 pm. This is to hopefully allow parents to go Christmas shopping, get other things done, or even go on a date. The cost per kid is $10 and the registration deadline is November 28th. Kiwanis Holiday Lights Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help with set-up, working the ILS night, clean-up and concessions at Kiwanis Holiday Lights. This is an opportunity to let others know about our school and we receive a donation to the PTO based on our volunteer hours. Past donations have helped support school and athletic needs.
Many volunteers are needed for this event. Check available shifts and sign up using the link here. We can also participate in the parade if there is someone willing to coordinate that activity. Parade sign-up deadline is Friday, November 15.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up for grades K-6 on Monday, Nov. 25 and on Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 3:20-7:00pm each day. To schedule your time slot(s) please use the link www.picktime.com/ils.
Online signup will end at 4 pm on Friday, Nov. 22.
For 5/6 grade conferences with Mr. Heller, please signup using Mrs. Roettger’s profile. We will make sure Mr. Heller gets the schedule.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for grades 7-12 will not require an appointment, but will be on Tuesday, November 26 from 3:30-7:00 p.m. in the church basement in an open house style.

Singing
Looking for any kids interested in singing a Christmas song, either during a weekend service, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. There is an opportunity for 5 soloists as well as singing in parts.
