Stuff-A-Truck
Immanuel is participating once again in Echo Food Shelf’s Stuff-a-Truck event. This is but one way we can show our Christian charity to our community by helping provide food for those in need of food during the upcoming holiday season. There will be crates in each K-8 grade classroom for non-perishable food donations through Thursday, Nov. 21. High School students may drop off donations in crates that are in their advisors room or office. Crates will be distributed on Tuesday, November 5.
In addition to the food donations, the ECHO food shelf is receiving a 1:1 matching donation In Memory of Marcene Kluender during the Stuff-A-Truck food drive. ECHO will receive up to $4,000 for every pound collected from District 77.
Kiwanis Holiday Lights Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help with set-up, working the ILS night, clean-up and concessions at Kiwanis Holiday Lights. This is an opportunity to let others know about our school and we receive a donation to the PTO based on our volunteer hours. Past donations have helped support school and athletic needs.
Many volunteers are needed for this event. Check available shifts and sign up using the link here. We can also participate in the parade if there is someone willing to coordinate that activity. Parade sign-up deadline is Friday, November 15.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up for grades K-6 on Monday, Nov. 25 and on Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 3:20-7:00pm each day. To schedule your time slot(s) please use the link www.picktime.com/ils.
Online signup will end at 4 pm on Friday, Nov. 22.
For 5/6 grade conferences with Mr. Heller, please signup using Mrs. Roettger’s profile. We will make sure Mr. Heller gets the schedule.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for grades 7-12 will not require an appointment, but will be on Tuesday, November 26 from 3:30-7:00 p.m. in the church basement in an open house style.

High School Choir Sings
The high school choir will sing during the 10:00am service on Sunday, Nov. 10. There will be a rehearsal at 9:45am in the 3rd & 4th grade room.
