NWEA Testing
Immanuel students (K-11) will be taking the NWEA MAP tests starting Monday, Oct. 5 through Friday, Oct. 9. The majority of the testing will be done in the mornings. Students will still have some of their regular classes each day we are testing. Please be sure your child eats a healthy breakfast each morning, gets plenty of rest starting 2-3 nights before testing, and stays hydrated.
The results of the NWEA tests will be used to determine areas in which your student may need more help and in areas your student has made good progress.
Testing Schedule
Monday: Kindergarten and grades 3-11 Reading
Tuesday: Kindergarten and grades 3-11 Math
Wednesday: Grades 1-2 Reading and grades 3-11 Language Arts
Thursday: Grades 1-2 Math and grades 3-11 Science
Friday: makeup tests
Gym Painting
Please join us on Sunday, October 4 to paint the gym before the new floor is installed. Bring your paint pans, rollers, and brushes if you have them, (please label them with your name). Painting supplies will be available for you to use too. We will begin at 1 PM and hopefully finish by 5 PM. Thank you to all who have put in many hours to remove the gym floor and get it ready for replacement!
